AACS Tour to NACS Show Las Vegas
19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd October 2009
As you know this year the NACS show is to be held in Las Vegas between 20th and 23rd October. I will have the pleasure of taking our retailer and supplier Peter Jowett Industry Award winners from Australia and New Zealand to take part in the Global Finals at the NACS show.
You may be aware that Caltex Australia are holding their biannual conference in Las Vegas and this finishes on the 19th October. Some suppliers will be attending that event and will have the opportunity to stay on for the 4 days of the NACS show.
AACS and NZACS is offering all members the opportunity to come to Las Vegas for the NACS show and there are basically 3 options available.
Option 1
Stay at Planet Hollywood http://www.planethollywood.com for 4 nights of the 19th – 22nd October inclusive. The price is A$1475 including accommodation and NACS show entry. (Air travel is not being arranged by AACS/NZACS.)
Option 2
Stay at Treasure Island http://www.treasureisland.com (venue being used by UCB Members as part of their tour to San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles) for the nights of 19th- 22nd October inclusive. The price is A$1700 including accommodation and NACS show entry. (Air travel is not being arranged by AACS/NZACS.)
Option 3
NACS show entry only at the group rate secured by AACS/NZACS from NACS. Price is A$380. (Air travel is not being arranged by AACS/NZACS)
Please complete the attached registration form selecting which option suits you. The close off date for options 1 and 2 above is 31st May 2009. The close off date for Option 3 is 31st August 2009. If you do not register for Options 1 and 2 by 31st May and subsequently want the accommodation included you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation in Las Vegas.
