HPCL of India to Bid for Shell Fuel Business in New Zealand

It is now emerging that HPCL is one of the bidding oil companies for the Shell New Zealand fuel business.
As previously reported on PetrolWorld, the assets on sale include Shell's 230 retail fuel stations, a marine business, commercial fuel and aviation operations as well as a 25 percent stake in Loyalty New Zealand.
